Terms of service

The service

DeclutterMe is a browser extension that changes how certain third-party websites look in your own browser. It does not change your data or accounts on those websites.

Third-party sites

DeclutterMe is not affiliated with Intuit, Xero, Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, LinkedIn or YouTube. Those sites can change at any time, which may temporarily stop a fix from working. We work to update fixes promptly but can't guarantee any fix works at all times. You're responsible for making sure that hiding a given element is appropriate for how you use each site.

Free and Pro plans

  • The free plan lets you turn on a limited number of fixes at once.
  • Pro is available as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, which renews automatically until you cancel, or as a one-time lifetime purchase that never renews. Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe.
  • Lifetime means for as long as we operate DeclutterMe and keep it available, and we commit to keeping it available for at least 3 years from the date of your lifetime purchase. If we shut DeclutterMe down before then, we'll refund the unused part of your payment, pro-rated by month.
  • When you cancel a subscription, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Fixes beyond the free limit then pause.
  • If something isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.

Acceptable use

Don't resell, repackage or redistribute the extension or its fix definitions.

No warranty

The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to DeclutterMe is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit doesn't reduce any refund we owe you under the lifetime commitment above.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll say so on this page before it takes effect.
