Billing questions
How do I upgrade?
Open the extension and click Go Pro. Checkout is handled securely by ExtensionPay and Stripe. We never see your card.
Can I use Pro on more than one computer?
Yes. Click Restore purchase in the extension on any other browser and sign in with the email you paid with.
How do I cancel?
From the extension, or the link in your receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then fall back to the free plan.
What does lifetime include?
Everything in Pro, including every new fix and new site we add, for a single payment of $149. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel.
Everything else
Does DeclutterMe read my emails, books or messages?
It never collects them. DeclutterMe looks at the page only to find what to hide, and that happens inside your browser: page content is never stored or sent anywhere. The extension only downloads fix updates from declutterme.app and, if you go Pro, checks your licence.
Can it break the apps I rely on?
Every fix is a switch. If something looks off, turn that fix off and the page is back the way it was instantly. Popup fixes are built to leave anything with Save, Send or Cancel buttons alone, and notices about failed payments, tax deadlines, security or outages are never hidden.
What happens when QuickBooks or Gmail change their design?
Apps change all the time. Fixes match the words on screen, so most redesigns don't affect them. When one does break, we can adjust it or switch it off for everyone as soon as we spot it, with no reinstall and no waiting weeks for a store review. Bigger changes arrive in a normal extension update.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc and other Chromium browsers today. Firefox is next.
Can you add a site I use?
Yes, please ask. Requests decide what we build next, and Pro requests go to the front of the queue. Request a site →
Is this affiliated with Intuit, Microsoft or Google?
No. DeclutterMe is independent. We just think the software you pay for shouldn't spend its time selling you more software.
